I talk to Paul Bailey every other day and will ask him these questions directly. I have all his ad's and spec sheets and in conversations there was never a mention that the two companies were combined. As stated in the title, there may have been some collaberation. Paul Bailey is reknown in Europe for his designs on Z's and especially Jaguars. Part of any good analysis is good data. Magazine data can is usually off to some degree. Actually, Have you guys ever read the 1998 issue of Max Power? There was a article in that issue known as "The Strosek Experiment" where Pual Bailey associated himself mulitple times with the Strosek 300zx that he put together.
